1. Service Satisfaction

We are committed to delivering accurate and efficient car key replacement, programming, and emergency unlock services. If you experience any issues with our service, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the problem.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are not applicable for services that have already been completed successfully.

  • Partial refunds may be considered only in cases where a service was canceled or could not be provided due to our error or inability to complete the job.

3. Cancellations

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel a scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations within less than 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund, depending on the circumstances.

4. Payment Disputes

  • Any disputes regarding payments must be reported within 7 days of the transaction.

  • We will review all claims fairly and provide a resolution in accordance with our policies and applicable laws.
